Parents Feel Like Friends, Mona Ratuliu Happy Her Beautiful Daughter is Growing Up

Kapanlagi.com - The beautiful daughter of celebrity couple Indra Brasco and Mona Ratuliu, Davina Syafa Felisa or affectionately called Mima, is now a teenager. Mima is now 17 years old. The couple who got married in 2002 feel happy that their child has grown up into a teenager.

"Yes, I'm happy to have a teenage child. It's fun because we have a lot in common. Maybe because I got married at a young age, so the songs, Mima still knows many of them, she also knows my songs," said Mona on Trans TV, South Jakarta, Wednesday (9/12/2020).

"And she likes to recommend the latest movies, Korean dramas, and various other things. Maybe because we are still close in terms of interests, so it's fun," added Mona Ratuliu.

Mima feels lucky to have relaxed parents whom she can confide in like her own friends. Because of this, many of Mima's friends envy the closeness she shares with her parents, like friends.

"I'm happy. I don't have to be formal in front of them. Many friends say, 'Your mom and dad are so cool, you can still confide in them as friends.' It's like an advantage that I have, different from my other friends. So I'm really lucky that I can still chat with them, still have them as friends to confide in," said Mima.

2. Making Children Feel Comfortable

As parents, Indra Brasco understands well the behavior of teenagers. Moreover, he himself has experienced adolescence. Therefore, Indra Brasco tries to implement rules that make his children feel comfortable.

"Indeed, we try to create a comfortable situation. At home, me and my wife, we try our best to make the atmosphere enjoyable for our children. Especially now that we have teenagers," said Indra Brasco.

"We were teenagers too, so we know that if we are too strict, they will run away. It's better to create a pleasant atmosphere, be their confidants, be their friends, and make them feel comfortable. Teenagers still go out a lot with their friends, so we try our best to make them feel comfortable," concluded Mona Ratuliu.
