The mediation efforts between model and actress Erika Carlina and her ex-boyfriend, DJ Panda, have hit a dead end again. During the second Restorative Justice (RJ) agenda held at the Metro Jaya Police, Erika Carlina chose not to attend, leaving the peace process hanging without certainty.

Erika's absence was conveyed directly by her legal team, Mohammad Faisal, when met at the Metro Jaya Police in South Jakarta on Friday (14/11/2025). According to him, Erika had a sudden agenda that she could not miss.

"Our client could not attend the second RJ session because at 11 o'clock earlier, we were informed of a sudden agenda that he could not leave, so we are representing him," said Mohammad Faisal.

Erika's absence has made the mediation process, which has been ongoing since the first meeting, even more unclear. In fact, at this second meeting, DJ Panda's party has finally submitted a written peace proposal.

"In this second RJ, we have just received a peace proposal from the reported party," added Faisal.

Now, the fate of the peace agreement is entirely in the hands of Erika Carlina. The legal team will first study the contents of the proposal offered by DJ Panda before further discussing it with their client.

"We will study the aspects related to what the proposal refers to, what its substance is like, and whether it has been approved by the victim's side," he explained.

As is known, Erika Carlina reported DJ Panda for alleged threats and the dissemination of personal data. This case began from DJ Panda's actions, who is accused of spreading Erika's pregnancy ultrasound photo to a WhatsApp group and creating a narrative that raises doubts about the status of the child she is carrying.

This case has escalated to the investigation stage, which means the police have found indications of a criminal event. If this restorative justice process fails, DJ Panda could potentially face a prison sentence of over 5 years.
