Pevita Pearce Goes Straight to Vidi Aldiano's Grave Upon Arriving from Malaysia

Dark clouds are enveloping the music industry of the homeland due to the departure of the talented singer Oxavia Aldiano forever. This sad news has left a deep void of sorrow for the beautiful actress Pevita Pearce, who has lost one of her best friends.

As the public knows, the singer of the song Nuansa Bening took her last breath after years of fighting hard against kidney cancer. The departure of the husband of actress Sheila Dara Aisha has certainly shocked many fellow public figures.

Pevita Pearce, the thirty-three-year-old actress, was one of the most affected parties by this tragedy. The wife of businessman Mirzan Meer had apparently made detailed plans to visit her friend directly in the hospital.

Together with director Naya Anindita, Pevita had communicated intensively on the night before Vidi passed away. Both had agreed on a schedule to provide moral support directly to the deceased.

"I had already made plans, 'Okay, let's visit together on the 8th.' The plan was to visit on the 8th, either in the afternoon or evening," she said at the Tanah Kusir TPU, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, on Monday (09/03/2026).

Unfortunately, fate had other plans before this noble intention could come to fruition. Instead of stepping into the treatment room to give a warm hug, this Sri Asih film star received heartbreaking news.

"Then, the next day Naya called to inform that Vidi has... rest in peace, God willing," she said.

Pevita's inner situation became increasingly complicated as she was abroad when the funeral took place. She had no opportunity to accompany her friend's body to its final resting place.

Driven by an overwhelming sense of longing and condolences, Pevita chose to head directly from the airport to the burial site. She was willing to postpone her return home to pay her last respects at the grave of the deceased.

"So, I just landed from Malaysia. I went straight from the airport to stop by here, because I couldn't go straight home to Jakarta yesterday," she concluded.
