Dr. Tirta, who is successful as a doctor and young entrepreneur, is affectionately called cipeng. Dr. Tirta matches the color of his hair with the outsole of locally made shoes as a form of respect to the Indonesian sneaker community that supports his shoe business.

Tirta Mandira Hudhi obtained his doctorate degree after completing his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University. As mentioned in an interview with Rico Huang, Dr. Tirta mentioned that he entered college in 2009 and graduated cum laude with a GPA of 3.76.

Dr. Tirta last practiced in 2018 before choosing to focus on the business world. Previously, he had served at Turi Community Health Center, Sleman, Yogyakarta and UGM Hospital.

After completing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Tirta received scholarship offers for his master's degree in the Netherlands and Germany from one of his professors. However, he declined the offers as he preferred to work in the emergency department and felt that he was not ready to study abroad.

Dr. Tirta founded Shoes and Care and became the CEO of the shoe cleaning business while still practicing at UGM Hospital. Starting with a small business in Dr. Tirta's boarding house in Yogyakarta, Shoes and Care now has 19 branches in various cities in Indonesia.

Dr. Tirta, born on July 31, 1991, is known among young people as a sneaker influencer and the initiator of the 'Solevacation' sneakers and streetwear festival. He has a YouTube channel called InCipeng WeTrust that discusses the ins and outs of shoes and their care.

In the Makna Talks podcast hosted by Iyas Lawrence, Dr. Tirta shares that he was insulted for a year in his campus environment for being considered extreme after he decided to embrace Islam at the age of 21. However, he rose again with the help of his friends.

Dr. Tirta admitted in Deddy Corbuzier's podcast that he once wandered around Blok M because he ran out of money and became acquainted with local punk kids. From that experience, he understands street life, so the majority of his employees are currently prisoners, dropouts, street kids, punks, and marginalized individuals.
