For him, a positive vibe helps him get through the day easily. "Everything becomes easy and light in that day, if faced with joy. Adequate rest as well," he said.

"If we know what goes in, then we can control the levels. The protein, the salt. When we eat at a restaurant, we can't do that. We don't know what oil they use, whether there's MSG or not," he continued.

Andrew admitted that currently salad is one of the foods that he has been consuming lately. "I am really pushing to reduce my cholesterol. And we really love eating salad. So we need a lot of olive oil," he concluded.
