Pictures of the closeness between his child and Rezky Aditya circulate, Wenny Ariani still demands a DNA test

Kapanlagi.com - Wenny Ariani is fighting for the status of her child in the Tangerang District Court. She hopes that Naira Kaemita Tarekat or Kekey, who is now 8 years old, will be recognized by actor Rezky Aditya as his biological child.

Tigor L Manik, Wenny Ariani's legal representative, revealed that their relationship with Rezky Aditya began around 2012. Wenny, who was going through a divorce at the time, became closer to Rezky.

Long story short, Wenny became pregnant out of wedlock and gave birth to Kekey in 2013. "So as a result of that intimate relationship, a child was born. It is this child whose rights we are fighting for in the Tangerang District Court," said Tigor L Manik.

Wenny's struggle faced obstacles. Rezky Aditya, through his legal representative in front of the Panel of Judges, denied impregnating Wenny, let alone having a child with her.

Without any doubt, Wenny Ariani plans to ask the Panel of Judges to issue an order to Rezky Aditya to undergo a DNA test. This is in accordance with their initial lawsuit to prove the status of their daughter.

"The plaintiff strives for a DNA test because it is the finalization to prove whether the child, Naira, is indeed the child of the plaintiff and the defendant. Because the defendant, Rezky, does not acknowledge (Naira) as his child," said Tigor.

"Because we want clarity. If Naira is indeed Rezky's biological child, then he must take responsibility. If the DNA test results show otherwise, then the matter is resolved," added Ferry Aswan.

As known, Wenny Ariani caused a stir after claiming to have a child with Rezky Aditya. She filed a lawsuit in Tangerang District Court on July 30, 2021.

In the lawsuit, Wenny requested her husband, Citra Kirana, to undergo a DNA test and acknowledge their 8-year-old child, Kekey, as his own flesh and blood. In addition, Wenny also requested the Court to seize Rezky Aditya's assets, namely a house and a four-wheeled vehicle.

Wenny also demanded material and immaterial losses totaling Rp 17.5 billion. However, these allegations were denied by Rezky's party, who claimed to have never been involved with Wenny, let alone have a child with her.
