Planning to Buy Laudya Cynthia Bella's House, Raffi Ahmad: Ex-Girlfriend's Price is Cheaper

Raffi Ahmad confirmed the news that Laudya Cynthia Bella is selling the large house full of memories. It is reported that the house, which was once owned by Engku Emran's ex-wife, is being sold for Rp 9 billion.

"No, she is indeed selling her house, but I haven't communicated with her yet," said Raffi Ahmad when met at Studio41, South Jakarta, on Monday (20/7/2020).

"No, she is selling it. She wants to sell it, maybe she wants to buy another house. She has many houses. That's it," he added.

When asked about his interest in buying Laudya Cynthia Bella's house, Raffi Ahmad admitted that there have been no further discussions about this matter. Both of them are still busy with their respective activities.

"But we haven't talked yet, I'm still shooting. Bella might be in Bandung, so we haven't communicated," he said to KapanLagi.com.

2. Ex-Girlfriend's Price

Furthermore, Raffi Ahmad does not deny that he will buy his ex-girlfriend's house if the offered price is considered suitable. The former member of BBB revealed that he would get a discounted price if he agrees to buy Laudya Cynthia Bella's house.

"Well, if the price is right, she will give a friend's price, the ex-girlfriend's price is cheaper, but I haven't talked to her yet," said father Rafathar Malik Ahmad.

As previously known, Nagita Slavina has a good relationship with Raffi Ahmad's ex-girlfriends. Therefore, buying Laudya Cynthia Bella's house, which was once special to Raffi Ahmad, is not a problem for this celebrity couple. In fact, Nagita Slavina supports Raffi Ahmad's desire to buy Bella's house if it is suitable.

However, if later they feel that they are not compatible with the house, Raffi Ahmad expressed his willingness to help sell the house to fellow artists.

"Bella and Gigi are close friends, it's not a problem. But I want to see the house if I have time. Who knows, maybe I can buy it, and if I'm not meant to buy it, I can help sell it to friends. Help Bella, maybe I can get a commission," he said.
