Police Conduct Crime Scene Investigation of Accident that Claimed Vanessa Angel & Bibi's Lives, Driver Suspected of Fatigue

Kapanlagi.com - Vanessa Angel and her husband, Bibi or Febri Andriansyah, were involved in an accident on Nganjuk Toll Road on Thursday (4/11). The police immediately conducted a crime scene investigation of the accident, which is suspected to be caused by driver fatigue.

"A crime scene investigation is being conducted by the PJR team," said East Java Police Public Relations Head, Kombes Gatot Repli Handoko, when confirmed by Liputan6.

According to Gatot, the accident is suspected to have been caused by a driver who was tired while driving from Jakarta to Surabaya. The condition of the toll road at that time was in good condition with normal weather.

"The driver himself is injured, and we are taking three injured people to Kertosono Hospital in Nganjuk. The person who died was on the way to Bhayangkara Hospital," said Gatot.

2. Waiting for Information

Gatot also stated that they are still waiting for additional information from the location of the incident. However, it is confirmed that there were two fatalities in the accident. Three other people were injured, one of whom is Vanessa Angel's child.

"Based on the preliminary information we received, there were two fatalities," he said. "We are still waiting for reports from the field, as the accident just happened," he concluded.
