Police Process Former ART Report, Desiree Tarigan and Bams Will Be Suspects of Alleged Violence?

Kapanlagi.com - On April 6, Irni, who used to work at Desiree Tarigan's house, made a report to the Metro Jaya Police. She reported both verbal and physical violence committed by Desiree and her two children, Bams and Pria.

The violence started with the accusation that Irni was a spy for Hotma Sitompul. Then she was forbidden to leave the house, which resulted in her being stabbed in the eye while being verbally abused by Desiree Tarigan and her children.

1. Witnesses Have Been Examined

Now the latest development comes from the report with the number LP/1839/IV/YAN.2.5/2021/SPKT PMJ. Apparently, the police have issued SP2HP (Notice of Investigation Development) which means Irni's report has been processed. Even witnesses have been summoned.

"So we received this SP2HP on April 14th. Three witnesses were examined last week, four this week, so there will be seven witnesses examined. And this will continue next week. This means our report will continue, the reported elements are fulfilled," said Vidi Galenso Syarief, Irni's legal counsel, during a press conference at his office in Latuharhari area, Central Jakarta, Monday (19/4).

2. Will Become a Suspect?

With the processing of Irni's report, it is possible that the names reported could become suspects. However, for now, both Irni and Vidi as legal counsel choose to focus on the progress of the investigation first.

"Usually they will become suspects, but I don't know for sure, I don't want to speculate because that is the authority of the investigator. But our report has been followed up, seven witnesses have been examined, and it will continue," said Vidi.
