Portrait of Aldila Jelita Who Must Attend Her First Divorce Hearing on Her Birthday, Both Parties Agree to Separate

Indra Bekti did not attend the hearing and was only represented by his lawyer, Milano Lubis. Aldila Jelita did not explain the reason why Indra Bekti did not attend their first hearing. 

"Just pray for us, we're nervous too. Of course, it's our first time. Hopefully everything goes well, the best outcome," said Aldila Jelita at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (13/3/2022).

If this first divorce hearing coincides with Aldila Jelita's birthday on March 13th. Aldila Jelita said there were mixed feelings of sadness and happiness when undergoing divorce proceedings on her birthday. "It feels beautiful, well, sad, basically it doesn't feel good," said Aldila.

After the hearing, Aldila Jelita explained the results of the hearing. According to her, the hearing went smoothly and in accordance with the joint decision.

"Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly according to my decision with Mas Bekti. So, everything went smoothly. The mediation agenda and reading of the agreement will come again on the 27th, God willing," said Aldila Jelita.

In the same occasion, Indra Bekti's legal representative, Milano Lubis, announced the result of the mediation session. He said that the mediation failed because both parties had agreed to separate.

"Basically, we want the process to be fast but Bekti has given the authority for mediation, so the mediation agenda immediately took place. No more waiting," said Milano Lubis.

"The opportunity has been given, and the mediation has been declared failed because the parties have agreed to proceed with the divorce," concluded Milano.
