The divorce trial process between Arya Saloka and Putri Anne at the South Jakarta Religious Court has been completed. The court stated that the hearing has entered the final stage with the reading of the verdict.

"As we informed last week, many media outlets have inquired about the trial of case number 1208, yes," said Suryana, Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday (28/5/2025).

"The case presented by the one with the initials AS (Arya Saloka) against PA (Putri Anne), yes. This is the final stage, which is the council deliberation or the reading of the decision electronically," Suryana added.

The decision has officially been uploaded to the e-Court system and was made without the presence of Putri Anne as the respondent. Suryana stated that the hearing was conducted in absentia because the respondent did not attend twice in a row.

"So today we can inform the media that the trial process is complete and the judges' decision has been made, and it has even been uploaded to the application, which essentially states that the respondent, who was officially summoned and obliged to appear in the trial, did not attend," he said.

The panel of judges granted part of the request submitted by Arya Saloka, including permission to declare the talak. However, there were several other requests that were not accepted by the panel.

"Two, partially granting the applicant's request by default. Three, granting permission to the applicant to declare a single raj’i talak to the respondent in front of the South Jakarta religious court after this decision has permanent legal force," he said.

Requests related to alimony, child custody, and joint property were not submitted in this case. The divorce process was limited to the request for divorce."No. Specifically only for divorce. There is none, indeed there is none," said Suryana.

From the beginning to the end of the trial, there was not a single representative from Princess Anne's side present, either directly or through legal counsel. This further strengthens the default judgment made by the court."There is none. If there was a lawyer present, it means they were represented by their lawyer. There is none. Yes, alright," he concluded.
