They seemed not to speak to each other when they were in the courtroom. The Panel of Judges also asked if there was a desire to reconcile and both parties were equally sure to get divorced.

Before entering the courtroom, Shelvie Hana as the plaintiff also stated that she remains firm in her decision to divorce and there is no possibility of reconciliation. Because their marriage cannot be maintained anymore.

“It seems that there is no possibility of reconciliation. Going back to the initial principle, there is indeed no compatibility, nothing can be maintained,” said Shelvie Hana when interviewed by the media.

Meanwhile, Daus Mini also expressed the same thing before entering the mediation room.

He said he had tried to fix their marriage, but it seems that it is no longer possible. Because forcing something is not good for the future.

"If it's about reconciliation, only Allah knows, but we have tried our best to optimize that if this is indeed the best path. But (in my heart) it seems like I don't want to reconcile. Maybe this is where our fate ends. Forcing something is not good," said Daus Mini.

When meeting with the mediator of the mediation, both parties are also equally convinced to separate because there is no longer compatibility and feel that this is the best path.

"Cold inside (the mediation room), the AC. Mediation questions what happened in our household. We explain that essentially there is no longer compatibility. Maybe this is the best," concluded Daus Mini.
