According to the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Commissioner Pol. Endra Zulpan, Doddy admitted that he used drugs to support his stamina.

"The mode used, they stated that it was used to support daily activities as an artist manager who requires a lot of time and strong stamina," said Endra Zulpan in a press conference at the West Jakarta Police, Monday (8/8/2022).
According to Zulpan, in the examination, Doddy admitted to using aprazolam drugs containing Benzodiazepines since one year ago.
"From the statement of the person concerned, he admitted to only using it in 2021, one year ago," said Zulpan.
Doddy was arrested with a friend named RAR at his residence in the Pasar Minggu area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday night, August 3, 2022, around 22:00 WIB.
During the arrest, the police confiscated 7 tablets of aprazolam pills classified as class 4 psychotropics.
After undergoing urine tests, Doddy and his accomplice were found to have consumed the prohibited substance containing Benzodiazepine.
