The fourth child of Joanna Alexandra and the late Raditya Oloan, Ziona Eden, has been suffering from Campomelic Dysplasia since birth. This is a rare disease that causes him to experience disorders that result in several bone abnormalities, facial anomalies, and gender ambiguity.

Until now, Joanna has been taking care of Ziona together with Raditya, and they have always been a strong team. However, after Raditya's departure, Joanna has to be strong in taking care of all four of her children, including baby Zio, alone.
