As soon as you enter the front door, this grand foyer welcomes you. Besides being a building accent, this foyer also serves as a separator between the front room and the lounge area.

On the right side of the house, there is a clean kitchen designed in a modern minimalist style.

This is El's room. He occupies a room at the front of the house with a high ceiling adorned with luxurious lights.

As per El's request, Maia made a place for books. Later, a table will be placed in that corner.

This is how the front of the house looks. It is still messy because it is not yet finished being built.

Back in El's room, he asked for an exhaust fan in his private bathroom. This bathroom is designed modernly with a glass-walled shower.

Instead of a small AC, Maia installed a central AC covered with accent lines above the cabinet. So the appearance of her house is beautiful without AC.

In front of El's room, there is a shoe cabinet that is very tall. El jokingly asked Maia to install CCTV in front of the cabinet so that no shoes would go missing.

In the back of the house, the yard is still very messy. However, the dividing wall between the old and new house has been demolished.

In addition to the clean kitchen, Maia also has a dirty kitchen that is quite large and has luxurious equipment.

In a clean kitchen, Maia will install a new stove and lots of cooking equipment. Including a teppanyaki tool.

Maia and Irwan imported special paint from Italy for all the walls of the house. Making the walls look like marble, but it's just shiny paint.

This is Maia and Irwan's future room. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a very luxurious bathroom.
