She mentioned that the decision was made after seeing a young couple at the airport and wondering if they were truly ready to have children.

"This sparked when one day I was at the airport, I was waiting in the lounge, then I saw a young couple, they looked really young, like in their early 20s, and they already had a baby," he said.

"In my mind, I was like 'Wow, have they already sorted themselves out before they had a child and had to take care of their babies?'"," he added.

Marissa, who got married at the age of 25, still wanted to pursue her career. At that time, she also wanted to travel around the world.

"Because in my mind, when I was 25, I still wanted to chase many things. Still wanted to work, still wanted to have fun, although I'm not wild. I don't go clubbing or anything. But in a sense, having fun, wanting to do things, traveling, seeing the world, building a career," he explained.

Marissa's decision is supported by her family, especially her husband. She mentioned that everyone has the right to make their own choices.

"We have to compromise, it's okay if that's what is chosen. Right? Sometimes it's because it's our habit that when we reach a certain age, we should get married, when we reach a certain age, we should have children," she concluded.
