Portrait of Teddy Pardiyana's Disappointment with Rizky Febrian, 750 Million Demand Not Fulfilled But Reported to the Police

The feud between Rizky Febian and Teddy Pardiyana regarding the inheritance division is still unresolved. Instead of receiving the inheritance rights of the late Lina Jubaedah, Teddy was reported by Rizky Febian for alleged asset embezzlement at the West Java Regional Police.

Rizky Febian's report has disappointed Teddy. Previously, Rizky Febian promised a meeting to reach a consensus. "I said it seems that (Rizky Febian's party) has no good intentions, because previously there was a statement about a meeting and reconciliation, but what happened was that Teddy was reported to the West Java Regional Police for alleged asset embezzlement," said Teddy's lawyer, Ali Nurdin, when met in South Jakarta on Tuesday (30/3/2021).

Furthermore, Teddy heard a promising wind that his demand of 750 million rupiah would be fulfilled by Rizky Febian, which consists of 500 million rupiah for the living expenses of Bintang, Teddy and Lina's child, and 250 million rupiah for the umrah trip. However, the reality turned out differently.

"That's what makes us disappointed, because it was said that it would be fulfilled, but the value is not that much. But what we faced was the LP in West Java Regional Police, that's what makes us, 'why is there no good intention at all, we have met or what but it ended up in the police station,'" said Ali Nurdin imitating Teddy's words.

However, Teddy is not afraid of the police report filed by Rizky Febian. As a legal representative, Ali Nurdin will face and prove that his client is innocent. "We will prove it, we will face it in the police station, who controls the assets, who commits embezzlement, we will prove it there," he said.

According to Ali Nurdin, if it is true that Rizky Febian has entrusted a sum of money to the late Siti Jubaedah to buy property and vehicles, there must be evidence, not just talk.

"If indeed someone is said to have entrusted money, transferred money, it must be proven first, when and where the transfer was made, where is the evidence, we can't just talk without proof, that's not possible, that's why we will prove it," he said.

As known, Rizky Febian, through his attorney, Fery Hudaya, stated that he would fulfill Teddy's demand of Rp 750 million if Teddy returns a number of assets owned by Rizky Febian that were managed by Lina Jubaedah during her lifetime.

As Teddy has not returned the requested assets, Rizky Febian reported Teddy on March 20, 2021, to the West Java Regional Police with allegations of asset embezzlement.
