Ria Ricis became the center of attention because of her confession of firing an employee just because of three slices of bread. In the video uploaded on YouTube Rumah Ricis, the YouTuber revealed the chronology.

The incident of bread theft happened about 2 years ago, when Ricis was still unmarried and living in her old house. The bread that Ricis ate was the only white bread that she could eat, usually she only ate wheat bread.

Because she loved the bread so much, Ricis divided it to be eaten at night and in the morning. She finished 3 slices at night, while she kept the other 3 slices in a box and put them in her personal refrigerator.

At Ricis' house at that time, there were 2 refrigerators. One was her personal refrigerator and the other one was for the employees, ranging from housemaids to content creator staff who worked at her house. She intentionally separated her refrigerator so that their food wouldn't mix.

Ricis remembers very well that the leftover bread she saved was in her personal refrigerator, she even covered the box with fruits and lots of food so that no one would take it. But she admits that she made a mistake because she didn't tell her domestic worker not to touch the bread. Here, Ricis admits her mistake.

However, in the morning when she wanted to eat it again, Ricis' stored bread was missing. She asked her employees, who claimed they didn't know. The employee even mentioned the editor as the culprit. Furious, Ricis got angry at the editors who also claimed ignorance. Finally, Ricis opened the CCTV recording in her house and found out that the first employee she asked was the culprit. It turns out that the bread was taken by the employee and given to people on the street.

When the recording was revealed, Ricis was angry at the employee. She was angrier because the employee was not honest rather than losing her bread. Ricis emphasized that she knew the employee's good intention in sharing food with others. However, she should have just admitted that she took it and gave it to others, instead of accusing others of causing a commotion in the house. Ricis then fired the employee because her principle is honesty above all else. Although the employee had good intentions, Ricis hates being lied to.
