The happy day that Sekar Tandjung and Erlangga Marthanegara have been waiting for has finally arrived. On Sunday (12/1) yesterday, the couple held their wedding ceremony at JCC Jakarta.
The wedding ceremony of the fourth child of Akbar Tanjung was held in a special way. The witnesses for the marriage were Jokowi and Prabowo Subianto, who then took a photo alongside the newlyweds after the ceremony was completed.
Sekar Tandjung and Erlangga Marthanegara are now officially husband and wife. The child of Akbar Tanjung held their wedding ceremony on Sunday, (12/1) in Jakarta.
Interestingly, the witnesses of the wedding of Sekar and Erlangga are the 7th President of Indonesia Joko Widodo and the 8th President of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto. These two prominent figures sat facing each other as witnesses for the marriage of Akbar Tanjung's child.
After the marriage vows were completed, Prabowo and Jokowi posed together with the newlyweds and their families. Sekar expressed her gratitude to Jokowi and Prabowo for taking the time to be witnesses at her wedding.
In addition to Jokowi and Prabowo, the marriage vows of Sekar were also attended by Gibran Rakabuming and Selvi Ananda. This wedding was also attended by many other officials, including the Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo.
After the engagement took place in 2024, Sekar and Erlangga are now officially husband and wife. After this, they will be in a long-distance relationship, with Sekar being a member of the Surakarta Regional Parliament while Erlangga is a staff member at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The wedding ceremony and reception of Sekar took place lavishly at the Jakarta Convention Center. She chose two different traditions for the wedding ceremony and the reception.
