Tina Toon shared moments of celebrating the 2572nd Chinese New Year. She uploaded a photo of herself wearing a cheongsam dress, with her hands clasped in front of her chest.

"Gong Xi Fa Cai, this year's Chinese New Year is different because of the pandemic ???? Hopefully, this year will be better, the coronavirus disappears, everyone is healthy, and we all have prosperity and success, Amen," she wrote in the caption.

The unique thing is the mask worn by Tina, which is said to be made of Tapis cloth typical of Lampung.

Tina also had the opportunity to chat with Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok at the Chinese New Year celebration held by the DPP PDI Perjuangan.

Unexpectedly, Ahok gave an angpao (red envelope with money) to Tina Toon. She was surprised but still accepted it while expressing her gratitude.

Apparently, the tradition of giving angpao is done especially for those who are unmarried. "So what is your wish? Do you want to get married soon or what? Because in Chinese tradition, unmarried individuals have to receive angpao," said Ahok.
