Previously, Vicky's weight reached 87 kilograms! Realizing that she was overweight, Vicky tried to rise and lose weight.

She also visited a nutritionist to consult about a healthy diet and exercise to lose weight.

Apparently, the consultation paid off. Her weight has now decreased by 28 kilograms.

“Honestly, I have to lose another 5 kilograms to feel more confident. I consulted a nutritionist so I have to be healthier by watching my diet and doing simple exercises like walking and swimming. I have already lost 28 kilograms, last time I was 87 kg after giving birth,” she said as quoted by Intipseleb.

Vicky kindly shared the secret of her diet that helped her lose weight. She also doesn't strictly follow the diet, she still has cheat days.

“We focus more on maintaining a healthy eating pattern, following the 4 healthy 5 perfect guidelines, doing light exercises like walking, swimming, and cycling that make us happy. We can still eat rice, but the portion and time are regulated,” she concluded.
