Praperadilan Lawsuit Against Nikita Mirzani Rejected, Here's Dipo Latief's Response

Kapanlagi.com - The pretrial request submitted by Dipo Latief to Nikita Mirzani regarding shared assets has been rejected by the judge of the South Jakarta District Court. It is known that the pretrial verdict hearing on behalf of Dipo Latief has just been held at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (7/9).

On the same day, Dipo Latief responded to the summons from the South Jakarta Metro Police regarding the report filed by Nikita Mirzani on allegations of child neglect.

After undergoing questioning, Dipo was asked by the media about the pretrial being rejected by the judge of the South Jakarta District Court. However, because he seemed to be in a hurry, Dipo immediately got into the car and refused to discuss the matter.

"Oh, I don't know, I don't know yet. Thank you," said Dipo Latief at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (7/9).

1. Legal Counsel Also Refuses to Respond

Meanwhile, Dipo Latief's legal counsel, Alexander Kilikily Umboh, also refused to comment on the pretrial filed by his client being rejected by the judge of the South Jakarta District Court. According to him, there is already a different legal team handling the matter.

"We are a team of lawyers, so there are already people taking care of each case. As for the pretrial itself, unfortunately, our team is not involved, it is being handled at the South Jakarta District Court. Here, the team is assisting Mr. Dipo for the invitation of clarification," said Kilikily Umboh.

Kilikily Umboh added that if anyone wants to inquire about the rejected pretrial, it is better to ask directly to Dipo Latief's legal counsel who is handling the case.

"So, if you want to ask about the decision of the pretrial and how it went, perhaps you can ask our fellow colleagues," concluded Kilikily Umboh.
