Proceeding to Phase II Handover of Files Bringing Baby Gala, Vanessa Angel Decided to Become a City Prisoner

She underwent the process of handing over files for Phase II or the transfer of suspects and evidence from the police to the prosecutor's office so that the case of possession of xanax pills can proceed to trial.

From the transfer of files, the West Jakarta State Prosecutor's Office has decided that Vanessa Angel will become a city detainee. Because her condition does not allow her to be detained considering she has a baby who needs a lot of attention.

"(Vanessa's status) becomes a city detainee. The reason is because of humanity, that she already has a baby, and she has to breastfeed her child," said Edwin, the Head of the Intelligence Section of the West Jakarta State Prosecutor's Office, when contacted by phone.

2. Will Not Escape

During her time as a city detainee, Vanessa Angel is guaranteed by her husband and legal advisor. If she violates it, the artist will definitely be immediately put into detention.

"(The request for city detainee) is from Vanessa through her legal advisor. Assurance from her husband and legal advisor that the suspect will not escape and will cooperate during the upcoming trial," Edwin emphasized.
