The vote margins in several areas, such as Kebagusan, Jatirejo, and Tegalsari Barat, indicate the dominance of these two pairs over the first-ranked pair.
However, this data is still provisional until all votes at the Polling Stations (TPS) are counted. The final results of the Regional Election will officially determine the direction of Pemalang's leadership going forward.

In the Kebagusan Pemalang area, the pair number 1, Vicky-Suwandi, only received 630 votes. They were left behind by pair number 2, Mansur-Bobby, with 910 votes, and pair number 3, Anom-Nurkholes, who excelled with 1,243 votes.
This disparity reflects the dominance of the other two candidate pairs who managed to win the hearts of the community with programs that were more accepted in this area.

In Jatirejo, preliminary results show that the pair Vicky-Suwandi is lagging far behind with 504 votes. Mansur-Bobby recorded 1,000 votes, while Anom-Nurkholes excelled with 1,409 votes. The vote difference in this area adds pressure for Vicky and his team.

On Wednesday (27/11/2024), Vicky Prasetyo expressed his gratitude as well as an apology through a post on his personal Instagram. He admitted that he has not succeeded in leading Pemalang to victory in the 2024 Regional Election. “Thank you to all the supporting teams and the people of Pemalang. I apologize that I have not been able to bring Pemalang to victory and to make it better,” he wrote.
Nevertheless, Vicky expressed pride in having introduced Pemalang through his candidacy. He emphasized that his efforts during the campaign were a manifestation of his commitment to building Pemalang, even though the results did not meet expectations.
In his post, Vicky also highlighted the influence of money politics in regional elections. According to him, sincerity and the programs offered often lose out to material factors. “Programs and sincerity will be defeated by money. That’s politics; I have tried my best to change it, but everything has become a decision from the battle,” said Vicky.
Vicky closed his statement with prayers and love for the people of Pemalang. He expressed that it was hard to part ways after going through the campaign period with them, but he still hopes that Pemalang can develop well under new leadership.
