Qory Sandioriva Tells the Story of How She Met Her Husband

Kapanlagi.com - Miss Indonesia 2009, Qory Sandioriva, officially remarried on June 6, 2020. She married a widower with four children who works as a pilot, named Shah Rei.

When contacted by phone recently, Qory Sandioriva shared how she got to know Shah Rei. She said she met Rei while she was still in the process of divorcing actor Ramon Y Tungka, and she was introduced to Rei by a friend.

"So I was introduced by a friend, at that time I was single looking for work, also looking for a business partner, and my husband has a business besides his professional career as a pilot," said Qory Sandioriva.

"We went through that introduction, when I and Mas Ramon were already in the process of divorce since 2017. But the divorce papers were only issued in 2018, so I actually met (Shah Rei) in early 2018," she continued.

At that time, Qory Sandioriva and Shah Rei were just ordinary friends, but as time went by, they became closer. Qory also mentioned that her late mother knew Shah Rei.

"Yes, it was only after the divorce, we started to like each other, we started to get to know each other, turns out we are still close, still relatives, close to our parents too. Back then, we could say we were work partners. But, yeah, by project. It's like, he used to be my boss, that's how rough it was," said Qory Sandioriva.

"I didn't know if he didn't have a partner anymore. Well, it turns out, he knows my parents too, he knows Mama too. It's been a year and a half, yeah. We've known each other since the beginning, started dating early 2019, a year and a half until this June (getting married)," she concluded.
