To Armand Maulana, Raisa told the story of her challenging childhood. It turns out that Raisa sold grilled rice not because of economic difficulties, but because she was inspired by her favorite soap opera, Keluarga Cemara.

"When I was in elementary school, I really liked the (TV series) Keluarga Cemara. I begged my mother a lot, wanted to sell opak. Like, 'Mom, I want to sell Opak'. Finally, I wasn't allowed to sell opak, but I sold nasi bakar (grilled rice), my mother cooked it. I went around the neighborhood," she said.

She also offered the nasi bakar to the neighbors. "Because of my obsession, I wanted to bring it along when selling. I swear, I've been thinking about it for a long time," she added.

"A lot of rice can be put in your hand, it's fun. It's not hygienic, especially now, but it was really enjoyable at that time," she added.
