Kapanlagi.com - Razman Arif Nasution, the legal counsel for Vadel Badjideh, revealed the bitter experience of Laura Meizani alias Lolly while in the safe house. Lolly, the daughter of Nikita Mirzani, was said to have heard orders from someone very close to her to torture herself.
"In fact, she heard a phone call from someone saying, ‘just torture Lolly,’" said Razman when met at the North Jakarta District Court on Thursday (23/1/2025).
According to Razman, the order was even delivered through a loudspeaker so that Lolly could hear it clearly. This made Lolly feel increasingly pressured while staying in the safe house.
“(The order) was from someone very close to her, heard directly on the loudspeaker,” he continued.
Razman also mentioned that the safe house confirmed the existence of the order. This became one of the strong reasons why Lolly felt unsafe and ultimately decided to escape.
“The safe house people confirmed it,” Razman asserted.
In addition, during the five months at the safe house, Lolly admitted to experiencing unpleasant treatment. She had to live with people from different backgrounds that made her uncomfortable.
“At the safe house, no phones are allowed, there are people with mental health issues, there are HIV cases, there are those who are open for business, it’s hot,” Razman said, mimicking Lolly's complaints.
Previously, Lolly was placed in the safe house after her mother, Nikita Mirzani, reported a case involving Vadel Badjideh. However, Lolly eventually escaped from the safe house and sought protection from Razman.
After escaping, Lolly was temporarily placed in the RS Polri Jakarta Timur safe house. Recently, she was reported to have been picked up by her lawyer and family, but Razman felt he had not received clear information regarding this matter.
Razman questioned why Lolly's transfer was conducted at night and did not involve him, even though there had previously been an agreement to maintain communication.
“Why am I suspicious that she left at night? Yes, it could be at the safe house. If it’s really safe and comfortable, then why not during the day? Why at night?” Razman asked with a tone of confusion.
Razman felt disappointed because he was not informed about Lolly's whereabouts, even though he had previously helped the girl out of a difficult situation.
“Why are you afraid to contact me and Mrs. Ade? That was the promise made with me. Communication. Why was I lied to? What’s the problem if I was informed?” Razman concluded.
