Reasons Vebby Palwinta and Razi Bawazier Name Their First Child Ali

Kapanlagi.com - Vebby Palwinta and Razi Bawazier are currently happy because they have just been blessed with their first child on Wednesday (6/1) at 02.26 WIB. The baby boy is named Ali Razi Bawazier.

“Alhamdulillah, our first son named Ali has been born. Alhamdulillah, both Ali and his mother are currently healthy, and hopefully we can go home today,” said Razi Bawazier during a virtual press conference on Friday (8/1).

1. Name of Child According to Razi's Wishes

Razi Bawazier said that he has always aspired to name his son Ali.

"Because since I was young, even before getting married, I really wanted to name my son Ali. From my family's side, my father's name and our family name are always mentioned. So, I ended up using my name and our family name, which is actually Ali," said Razi Bawazier.

2. Inspired by the Son-in-Law of Prophet Muhammad

Furthermore, the name Ali is also inspired by one of the companions and son-in-law of Prophet Muhammad, Ali bin Abi Talib.

"His name is Ali Razi Bawazier. This is from his father (Razi), who wanted it. Our nickname is abba and amma. If the boy's father wants the name Ali, it's because Prophet Muhammad also had Ali as his son-in-law," explained Vebby Palwinta.

"The Prophet wouldn't choose the wrong son-in-law for sure. We want our child to be someone trustworthy and reliable," she concluded.
