Reasons Why Angga Wijaya Files for Divorce from Dewi Perssik, Differences in Principles and Incompatibility Issues

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Dewi Perssik is being sued for divorce by her husband, Angga Wijaya. The divorce lawsuit was filed with the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (20/6/2202). Dewi Perssik's legal representative, Sandy Arifin, said that Angga Wijaya filed for divorce from his client due to incompatibility issues and differences in principles between them.

"Regarding the contents of the lawsuit, I have read that the problem is incompatibility and also that Mr. Angga has different principles. Ms. Dewi also has different principles," said Sandy Arifin at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Friday (24/6/2022).

1. Separate Houses

As a result of their disagreements and differences in principles, Angga Wijaya and Dewi Perssik have now separated their homes. Sandy Arifin said that Angga Wijaya and Dewi Perssik have not been living together for the past month.

"Mr. Angga has now moved out and is living outside of Ms. Dewi's house. That's how it is for now. To our knowledge, they have been separated for about a month. The process before that, only they both know about it," said Sandy Arifin.

2. Incompatibility

"There were a few times, but not continuously. A household is like any other household, almost exactly the same except for one or two differences. From the lawsuit, we see only discomfort and incompatibility," added Sandy Arifin.

Dewi Perssik and Angga Wijaya will undergo mediation at the South Jakarta Religious Court on July 4, 2022. But before that, they will have a meeting for mediation.

3. Mediation

"That's why before the mediation process on the 4th of July, we will have a meeting because Ms. Dewi and Mr. Angga have become like family to us because we have been handling their affairs for not just one or two years. So that's the essence of it," she said.

For information, Dewi Perssik officially married Angga Wijaya on September 10, 2017. During their marriage, they have not been blessed with a child. This is Dewi Perssik's third marriage.
