Rebecca Klopper Becomes a Victim of Extortion Related to Her Sex Video, Once Sent Rp 30 Million to the Culprit

Kapanlagi.com - Lawyer Ahmad Ramzy stated that he had handled a case involving Rebecca Klopper regarding her recent scandalous sex video. Rebecca Klopper claimed to have been extorted and threatened by the culprit who threatened to spread the sex video. Through Ahmad Ramzy, the girlfriend of Fadly Faisal even made a police report on October 6, 2022.

"Yes, it's true. Around October, I received a power of attorney from Ms. RK through her sister, friend, and my client Marissya Icha to help Ms. RK make a police report. The report was related to the extortion and threats experienced by RK, which are related to the current issue of the circulating video," said Ahmad Ramzy in Pejaten, South Jakarta, on Friday (26/5).

"After I made the police report in Bareskrim, precisely on October 6, 2022, with report number LP B 0587/X2022 Spkt Bareskrim Polri, in which I was the complainant and RK was the victim," he continued.

1. Two Suspects Arrested

Then the Bareskrim Polri handled the case and after that, two suspects with the initials RFM and NR were arrested. According to Ahmad Ramzy, Rebecca Klopper knew one of the suspects.

"After that, Bareskrim handled the police report that I made, and two suspects with the initials RFM and NR were arrested. One of them knew RK and RK also knew one of the suspects, while the other one RK didn't know. (The suspects) were detained," he explained.

2. Sending Rp 30 Million

Ahmad Ramzy also explained that Rebecca Klopper had handed over a sum of Rp 30 million to the perpetrator of the threat.

“It was found that both suspects had a squeezing tool, namely the video. The extortion was carried out using social media accounts, Instagram, through DM, threatening to spread the video. Evidence was also found from the video that my client had sent a sum of money. At that time, the amount was around 30 million (gradually). So the suspect made a serious threat,” explained Ahmad Ramzy.

3. Not Pursuing the Case

However, the reported case was eventually resolved through restorative justice. Ahmad Ramzy has also withdrawn his report as of November 28, 2022.

“The police report has now been settled. At that time, my client chose to settle this matter through restorative justice and my duty to the police report that I made is also complete. I have also withdrawn the police report as of November 28, 2022,” said Ahmad Ramzy.

“At that time, one of the evidence that was certain was the phone and other digital tools to store connections with the video. At that time, it was agreed that these things would be destroyed. Maybe that was also one of my client's considerations for not pursuing this case. Because they thought that only the suspect had the video. It turns out that a new circulating video has emerged, which I am also concerned about, making it a hot topic,” he concluded.
