Baim Wong chose to forgive those who have insulted him instead of retaliating with proof and anger. According to him, there are always two sides, those who like and dislike him.

"I always go back to religion. Oh, poor thing, what if it's not true, afraid of the sins. Let's just forgive. It feels much better than being confrontational. If it's not true, forgive," said Paula Verhoeven's husband.

"I'm not saying this just for show, it's the calmest way to be a human being. There will always be two sides, whether they like it or not. How long are we going to think about it? If those two sides fight, hopefully they'll forgive each other," he continued.
