Artist Tamara Tyasmara, one of the witnesses in the case of her son Dante's death, revealed several testimonies regarding the treatment by the defendant Yudha Arfandi.
In front of the panel of judges at the East Jakarta District Court, Tamara recounted her experiences during her relationship with Yudha Arfandi. Tamara admitted that during her relationship with the defendant, she often experienced physical violence. Here is Yudha's response!
After giving her testimony, the panel of judges asked for Yudha Arfandi's response to Tamara's statements. According to Yudha, not all of Tamara's testimonies are true.
"There are those who are right, those who are wrong, and those who do not know," said Yudha Arfandi during the trial at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday (29/7/2024).
One of Yudha's rebuttals regarding Tamara's confession about experiencing physical violence. He denied intentionally committing violence against Tamara.
"I have never threatened with violence, what I did was unintentional," said Yudha Arfandi.
On that occasion, Yudha Arfandi also admitted that he never scolded Tamara in front of her mother. In fact, he claimed to always ask to break up and tried to avoid Tamara.
"I am the one who always asks for a breakup, I always avoid it. All this time, I am the one who asks for a breakup and I am the one who always avoids it," said Yudha.
In response to Yudha's statement, Tamara maintained her statement. This includes the matter of Yudha not wanting to break up, and always showing up at her workplace when there is a dispute.
Tamara Tyasmara concluded by saying that she stands by her statement. Tamara also revealed that Yudha often comes to her, even to her workplace, and there are many witnesses.
