Kapanlagi.com - The issue regarding allegations that Rezky Aditya has a child outside of marriage continues to unfold. A woman with the initial W is requesting that Rezky Aditya take responsibility and provide support to the child born from his relationship with his wife Citra Kirana in 2012.
Woman with initial W has filed a lawsuit at the Tangerang District Court to demand recognition and accountability from Rezky Aditya for the child born in 2013. The lawsuit was filed online through E-court by W's legal representative, Ferry Aswan.
"Regarding the lawsuit, we have already registered Rezky's lawsuit online. Because now the court registration system for lawsuits is online. So we have already registered it online. We will submit the original lawsuit to the court on Monday or Tuesday next week," said Ferry Aswan, as shown in a video received by journalists on Saturday (26/6/2021).
"Regarding the requirements, I believe we have fulfilled all the necessary requirements based on the available evidence. That's why we filed the lawsuit and have already registered it. The documents have also been submitted, so we just need to submit the original lawsuit to the court," he added.

In the filed lawsuit based on the concept of Legal Action (PMH) that has been submitted, W included several demands. One of them is to demand that Rezky Aditya acknowledge the child born from the relationship outside of marriage through a DNA test.
"If we talk about the demands, my client in the lawsuit is as I have mentioned before, our demand is to prioritize acknowledgment and responsibility," said Ferry Aswan.
"Our lawsuit is also of the nature of PMH (Legal Action), the act of breaking the law is already certain, we will talk about acknowledgment, responsibility, DNA test, and there are also material and immaterial problems, they are all there. Yes, it's the same as a general lawsuit, but here the problem is about the child," added Ferry Aswan.
Following up on the currently filed online lawsuit, Ferry Aswan stated that the physical lawsuit will be submitted to the court and a trial will be scheduled in the near future. Meanwhile, the trial for this case will be held in less than a month if there are no obstacles.
"If it starts, the trial could possibly begin in the next two or three weeks. But that is with the condition that nothing happens at the court, sometimes the court is locked down if there are sick employees, if that doesn't happen, there is a possibility that we can start this lawsuit in two or three weeks," concluded Ferry Aswan.
