The 25-year-old woman said that the reason her mother did not attend her wedding was because of fear of Covid-19. However, she admitted that they still kept in touch through video calls.

"Yes, my mom didn't attend my wedding. Because she's afraid of Covid. My mom wasn't feeling well, but my dad and younger sister came to represent her. Even though my mom didn't come, we still keep in touch and video call. After the large-scale social restrictions, Anthony, my mom, and I planned to go out.
