Hana Hanifah was recently reported to the police. This beautiful girl was reported by LBH PB SEMMI to the South Jakarta Metro Police on June 6, 2022, because her Instagram Story had touched on online gambling.

The Indonesian Muslim Students Association (PB SEMMI) reported Hana Hanifah to the police for alleged involvement in gambling, as Hana is suspected of promoting online gambling through her Instagram account.
"We reported about the promotion of online gambling content posted through the reported Instagram account," said PB SEMMI Director Gurun Arisastra as quoted by Okezone.
The report was received by the police with report number LP/1304/VI/RJS on Monday, June 6, 2022. Hana Hanifah is suspected of violating Article 45 paragraph 2 juncto Article 27 paragraph 2 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning gambling.
"We attach evidence in the form of screenshots of online gambling promotion posts on her Insta Story, I saw it myself and then took a screenshot to be used as evidence in the report," said Arisastra.
What Hana Hanifah did is considered a criminal act because it violates the rules prohibiting the promotion of gambling.
Even so, such actions have the potential to greatly damage the nation's generation as Hana's Instagram posts are equivalent to inviting the younger generation of the nation to gamble online.
The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of South Jakarta Police, AKBP Ridwan Soplanit, stated that the police will further investigate the report. "We will further investigate the report," he concluded.
