Reported to the Police for Fraud and Embezzlement, Yadi Sembako's Health Condition Drops Immediately

Kapanlagi.com - Yadi Sembako was reported to the police by a man named Muhammad Adri Permana. The report regarding the alleged fraud and embezzlement was submitted to the South Tangerang Police Resort on September 19th.

The reason for the report is that Yadi has not paid the amount of Rp 198 million after using Adri's event organizer services. Previously, both parties had agreed to use an empty check. However, after three weeks, there has been no payment.

Gus Anom was also implicated in the report because he and Yadi Sembako sat on the board of directors of PT Gudang Artis company that used Adri's services. He revealed that since this case blew up through the mass media, Yadi has been falling ill.

"This should have been resolved within the family, there was no need to involve the media. But because it was blown up in the media, Yadi fell ill. He has diabetes. It's a pity," said Gus Anom during a press conference in the Sudirman area, Central Jakarta, on Monday (9/10/2023).

2. Ready to Report Back if No Apology is Given

Representing his company, Gus Anom promised to resolve this issue if Adri apologizes for calling Yadi Sembako a fraud. If not, there is a possibility of filing a defamation lawsuit.

"We are willing to resolve this matter. So, please clean Yadi's name, this is a civil matter, there is no need to turn it into a criminal case," said Gus Anom.

"We are not yet ready to confirm (when we will file a counter report). If so, it will definitely be for defamation. But if after this news is exposed, there is an apology and a willingness to sit down together, we are willing to resolve it without attacking each other," said Dosma Roha Sijabat, Gus Anom's legal representative.
