Representative of DKI Jakarta Province, Jessy Silana Wongsodiharjo Crowned Miss Tourism Indonesia 2020

Kapanlagi.com - The Grand Final of Miss Tourism Indonesia 2020 was just held on Saturday (5/12) virtually through EL JOHN TV. The theme for this edition was The Spirit of Indonesia's Tourism with the aim of reviving the tourism sector affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

After going through a tough selection process, Jessy Silana Wongsodiharjo, the representative of DKI Jakarta Province, finally emerged as the champion. She expressed her gratitude for her victory.

"I am very touched, I want to thank everyone who supported me, everyone from EL JOHN Pageants, the DKI Jakarta Government, all the committees, the teams, the videographers, the makeup artists, and everyone who has helped me. I hope everyone continues to support and assist me in bringing Indonesian tourism to the international stage. Thank you," said Jessy Silana Wongsodiharjo on Tuesday (8/11/2020).

Jessy previously worked as a presenter, model, and influencer. Not only does she have a beautiful face, but she also has proven to have extensive knowledge. She demonstrated this during the virtual quarantine period, where she was always able to answer all questions and challenges from the judges very well.

The Indonesian Tourism Princess 2020 event was participated by 32 finalists from various provinces. Jessy also congratulated the other tourism princess finalists who have fought together in this prestigious event.

"To the 31 Princesses whom I love, my crown is not only for me but for all of us because as Indonesian Tourism Princess, we need your support to promote our tourism in this difficult situation. Let's make the diversity of Indonesian tourism destinations become world destinations," said the 24-year-old girl.
