Requested to Speak Up, Hotman Paris Gives Advice to Supporters of Nikita Mirzani

The 65-year-old man stated that he spoke out because he was asked by many supporters of Nikita Mirzani to comment on the legal case.

"Hello, hundreds of thousands of Nikita's fans contacted Hotman asking for help for Nikita and there has been a lot of commotion on social media," said Hotman Paris Hutapea in a post on his Instagram account, Friday (8/8/2025).

Hotman Paris provided advice to Nikita Mirzani's supporters to avoid getting caught up in sensational and non-technical matters during the ongoing legal process.

"Supporters of Nikita, focus on what the actual accusations are. Right now, the only thing being debated is about the jacket that should be worn and so on," he continued.

1. Focus on the Main Issues and Core Allegations

Hotman then dissected the main issue that he believes will determine the judge's decision. This concerns the flow of funds amounting to Rp4 billion from Dr. Reza Gladys to Nikita Mirzani.

He also urged Nikita's fans to provide constructive input and comments regarding the core allegations, not just to liven up the drama surrounding the trial.

"So that you won't be surprised later, from now on focus on what I read on social media regarding the allegation of the Rp4 billion from Reza Gladys," said Hotman Paris.

"You should give suggestions, you should comment because the judge will only consider that later. You need to focus on the core of the allegations," he continued.

Although offering advice, analysis, and suggestions, Hotman emphasizes his neutral position or that he does not side with anyone because he is not the legal counsel for either party.

"I don’t know who is right, because I am not their lawyer. Contact Nikita's lawyer to focus on the essence of the accusation. If it is an endorsement, where is the evidence? If it is extortion, how can it be refuted?" he concluded.
