Responding to Accusations of Domestic Violence against Nindy Ayunda, Askara Parasady's Side: Could Fall and Hit the Table, Right?

Kapanlagi.com - The Askara Parasady Harsono finally speaks up about the allegations of domestic violence mentioned by Nindy Ayunda. Through his lawyer, Askara claims that it was just a normal argument with Nindy.

Askara's lawyer only mentioned that his client and his wife were in a room together when they were arguing. According to him, Askara's marital conflicts with Nindy always end well.

"They were in the room together, then they fought. That's it, there's no problem," said Askara's lawyer, Muhammad Muslih, at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Wednesday (17/2).

Not only that, based on Aska's statement, Nindy could have just made up the story about domestic violence. Because only Aska and Nindy know the real incident.

"That's Nindy's version. We never know what really happened. It could be because she fell and hit the table," he said.

2. Nindy Doesn't Want a Divorce

In addition, Aska's legal counsel stated that the mediation for Aska and Nindy's divorce was declared unsuccessful. Because Nindy Ayunda doesn't want to get a divorce and still wants to maintain their marriage.

"The mediation report states that Nindy doesn't want a divorce and still wants to maintain their marriage. It failed because one wants a divorce and the other doesn't," he concluded.

Previously, Nindy Ayunda revealed allegations of domestic violence she experienced throughout her life with Askara. The 32-year-old woman also presented evidence of her bruised face, which she claimed was the result of her husband's violence.
