Ressa Rizky Fears Meeting Denada Even Though She Has Been Acknowledged as Her Child, 24 Years Considered a Stranger

The drama of the child's acknowledgment involving the singer Denada and Ressa Rizky Rosano seems far from over. Although Denada has acknowledged Ressa as her child, a meeting between the two has yet to occur. Ressa, who has been raised by her foster family in Banyuwangi, admits to having a great fear of meeting her biological mother directly.

Ressa's fear is not without reason. She feels traumatized by past experiences, where she and her foster family were once rejected when trying to visit Denada's house. The bitter experience of waiting on the sidewalk for hours without being let in still lingers in her memory.

"Yes, I'm just afraid to answer, afraid, more like just afraid. Afraid because I have been disappointed at the beginning or how about it, Ressa? Yes, I'm afraid it will happen again," said Ressa Rizky Rosano when met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, Thursday (12/2/2026).

In addition to fear, Ressa also feels awkward. After 24 years of living apart, she is used to calling Denada 'Mbak'. This sudden change in status makes her confused about how to act, especially since the acknowledgment was only conveyed through social media, not in person.

"Yes, it's awkward again, Kak, awkward. And we haven't met in person yet; meeting in person is different," she added.

Ronald Armada, Ressa's attorney, also confirmed this. According to him, it is natural for Ressa to feel hesitant and afraid to take further steps. Ronald believes that the communication established by Denada through text messages is not enough to convince Ressa's heart.

"This person is even afraid to respond because he has never responded, still hasn't asked me. So what should I do, because I am his older brother, I know him best," Ronald explained.

However, deep down in her heart, Ressa admits that she really wants to meet Denada. However, she hopes that the meeting can happen naturally and sincerely, not just as a formality or for publicity purposes.

"But from your heart, you really want to meet Denada, right? Yes, I really want to, very much," Ressa concluded.
