Results of Ririn Ekawati's Blood and Hair Test at BNN Will Be Released in the Next Few Days

The urine test results indicated that Ririn was negative for drugs. After that, the police took Rini Yulianti's sister to the BNN for further tests, namely blood and hair tests. Unfortunately, when asked by the media, Ririn refused to say a word about the test results.

Upon investigation, it turns out that the results of the blood and hair tests cannot be obtained immediately. According to Ronaldo Maradona Siregar, the drug officer of West Jakarta Police, it takes about 3 to 5 days for the results to come out.

"We are waiting for the examination results tonight, also waiting for the results of other parties that we examined, which will determine the direction of the next examination," said Ronaldo when met on Monday night (9/3).

During the examination, Ririn was said to be very cooperative. Regarding the illegal drugs found in her residence, Ririn admitted that they belonged to her late husband who passed away in 2017 due to leukemia.

"While the statement given by the person concerned belongs to her late husband, we need to investigate further because we found it during the search to ensure whether the presence of Xanax is indeed her husband's legitimate property or obtained in another way, this is still under investigation," continued Ronaldo.

Xanax is one of the medications for anxiety disorders or panic disorders. This medication can only be used with a doctor's prescription, and its discontinuation should also be based on a doctor's recommendation. Xanax is also a medication that has the potential to be abused by some people. The question is, does Ririn have proof of a prescription for these medications?

"This is what we are currently investigating because her late husband passed away two years ago in 2017. We need to go through this investigative process, which has only been one day, so please be patient as we will update the results of our investigation along with what we find," Ronaldo concluded.
