Kapanlagi.com - After returning to Islam, Nania Kurniawati Yusuf or popularly known as Nania Idol wants to learn to become a righteous woman by gradually improving her relationship with the God she believes in now.
"I want to go through the process again by praying again because for 13 years I was not used to praying. I want to fix one by one starting from prayer," said Nania when contacted by Kapan lagi. Com, Monday (23/5/3022).
In addition, she who felt that she had hurt the feelings of both parents because of changing her beliefs for 13 years, also wants to improve her relationship with her parents.
In the past, Nania's desire to embrace the Christian religion was opposed by both parents. "I also want to improve my character by listening to my parents' words," said Nania.

As a sign of gratitude for receiving guidance, she also has a desire to perform Umrah in the near future. "If the desire (for Umrah) is there. but I want to enjoy the process first," she said.
Furthermore, when asked about any negative comments regarding her decision to return to Islam, Nania said she didn't care.
"I believe that returning to Islam is an extraordinary guidance and I am not here to defend myself (if anyone insults me). In other words, I am only surrendering myself. Because this is a heartfelt decision that makes me comfortable and there is no burden at all," she said.
As is known, Nania officially returned to Islam after reciting the two sentences of the shahada guided by Gus Miftah on May 21, 2022. Previously, Nania embraced Christianity since 2009.
