"So I believe that I am ugly. I look like a man, I am not worth it, what is it? It's like I don't deserve to be loved. Because, really, I can stand in front of the mirror. Then it goes like this, 'Look, you are really ugly. No guy would want you like this, you are lucky to have me,'" said Sara Wijayanto as quoted from Ivan Gunawan's podcast.

In her statement, Sara also emphasized that her actions were not due to a lack of gratitude, but rather as a form of self-love. She wants to feel happy and comfortable with herself.

"Oh, if people undergo surgery, they are ungrateful. Not really. Just because I feel like I want to make myself happy, yes, I can. Why not?" said Sara.
