This moment happened when Larissa Chou was participating in a religious lecture with Umi Rania, the second wife of the late Ustaz Arifin Ilham in Cikeas, Bogor, on Friday (17/9/2021).

"Alhamdulillah, he has found his soulmate. Pray for Alvin to have a blessed and harmonious marriage. May Alvin's marriage last until Jannah (heaven)," Larissa said hesitantly, and shortly after, she couldn't hold back her tears.

1. Reasons Why Larissa Chou Cried

Immediately, Umi Rania who was beside her approached and hugged Larissa, who still had tears in her eyes. After giving a sermon, Larissa told the media that it was a human thing, she cried while praying for the happiness of her ex-husband. Although she had tried to sincerely accept her divorce with Alvin.

"It's not easy to try to be sincere and Alhamdulillah, I have moved on completely. But sometimes when I remember (I still cry), it's just human, you know," said Larissa.

According to Larissa, one of her efforts to move on is by moving houses. It is known that Larissa recently moved from the Muslim housing complex Bukit Azzikra Sentul, Bogor to Bandung, West Java.

"Moving to a different city is one of my steps to move on, so I won't be in the same place anymore, so I won't see the past and meet again," she said.
