Rezky Aditya Accused of Having a Child Without Marriage with a Woman with Initial 'W'

As reported by detik.com, the woman with the initial W requested Rezky Aditya to take responsibility and provide child support for the child she gave birth to. W claimed to have been in a relationship with Rezky Aditya in 2012 and gave birth to a child a year later.

"What my client is fighting for is the future of the child. Yes, child support. That's all," said the female lawyer with the initial W, Ferry Aswan, in Jakarta.

1. Give a Warning and Immediately File a Lawsuit

Ferry Aswan stated that W will file a lawsuit in the Religious Court and the General Court. Ferry Aswan will file a lawsuit in the Religious Court for child recognition, child support, and illegal actions. Ferry also mentioned that the party representing the woman with the initial W has sent a warning to the actor and model born in 1985.

"I clarified first, but the response was not very good, so I sent a warning. After being warned, I also met with Rezky's party. However, we still haven't reached a resolution," explained Ferry Aswan.

2. No Marriage Relationship

Ferry Aswan then added that there is no marriage relationship between Rezky Aditya and a woman with the initial W. Nevertheless, according to him, there are witnesses who know about the relationship. Firmly, Ferry said that his client is not afraid if a DNA test is needed.

"If there is no official marriage. They basically dated until they had a child. If there are many witnesses, there are also many who know about my client's relationship. Secondly, there is also photo evidence, maybe there is only one more evidence left, which is a DNA test," said Ferry.

3. Rezky's Family Knows

Ferry Aswan concluded his statement by stating that according to his client, Rezky's family knows about this news.

"According to my client, Rezky's family knows that Rezky has a child from my client. They know," Ferry concluded.
