Rezky Aditya Denies Having Children Outside of Marriage, Emphasizes Not Impregnating Wenny

Kapanlagi.com - Tangerang District Court held another hearing for Wenny Ariani's lawsuit against actor Rezky Aditya. The hearing, which took place on Wednesday (18/8/2021), was scheduled for Rezky Aditya's response to Wenny's lawsuit.

In the courtroom, neither Rezky Aditya nor Wenny were present. Both were represented by their respective legal representatives.

Rezky Aditya's response is that he denies impregnating Wenny, let alone having a child with her. Rezky rejects all the accusations addressed to him by Wenny.

"In his response, the defendant does not acknowledge impregnating the plaintiff, so he also does not acknowledge the child born from the relationship between the parties. The defendant also stated that he did have a relationship with the plaintiff, but only in a business context," said Wenny's legal representative, Tigor L Manik, after the hearing.

Rezky Aditya's denial does not make Wenny falter. Tigor plans to request the Panel of Judges to issue an order to Rezky Aditya to undergo a DNA test.

"The plaintiff's response must be accounted for. We will ask the panel of judges later through a letter to instruct the parties to undergo a DNA test for clarity and certainty," he said.

However, Rezky has not responded to the DNA test requested by Wenny. They only revealed that Rezky denies the accusation of having a child out of wedlock.

As it is known, Wenny Ariani, who claims to have a child with Rezky Aditya, filed a lawsuit with the Tangerang District Court on July 30, 2021.

In the lawsuit, Wenny requested Rezky Aditya to undergo a DNA test and acknowledge their child, Kekey, who is now 8 years old, as his own flesh and blood.

In addition, Wenny also requested the Court to seize Rezky Aditya's assets, namely a house and a four-wheeled vehicle. Wenny also demanded material and immaterial losses totaling Rp 17.5 billion.
