Ria Ricis Fails to Get Married Due to Lack of Approval, Her Father Rejects Her Boyfriend 3 Times

Kapanlagi.com - The lack of approval from parents has made the relationship between Ria Ricis and Wildan uncertain. Ricis has complained several times about her parents' rejection of Wildan, and the latest she did to Deddy Corbuzier through a video podcast.

In the video uploaded to Deddy's YouTube channel, Ricis revealed that Wildan had come to her parents' house 3 times. The former video editor on Ricis' YouTube channel wanted to ask for their approval to get married, but was rejected.

"He (Wildan) has talked about getting married a few months ago to my parents. It was a long time ago, around six or seven months ago," Ricis told Deddy.

Ricis' parents have asked Wildan not to come to their house anymore. Their decision to not give their blessing to this couple's relationship is final.

"I've already told my family once, so if they don't approve, it's been a long time. The second time this man went to my parents again to ask for their blessing, he still didn't get it. Before the third time he went to my parents, my parents told him 'stop'. It means don't come anymore, the decision to not give their blessing is final," said Ricis.

2. Ricis Doesn't Want to Oppose Her Parents

Not wanting to oppose her parents, Ricis decided to cancel her plan to get married. She admitted that she was confused about what to do because all her efforts were rejected by her parents.

"So in the end, it didn't happen (the wedding). I actually wanted to, but on one hand, I obeyed my parents. I'm confused. It depends on Allah," she continued.

However, Ricis' relationship with Wildan's parents remains good. They have met and talked directly, without any rejection like from Ricis' parents.

Ricis also revealed that it was not only her who had difficulty getting approval from parents regarding her partner. Her sister, Oki Setiana Dewi, also experienced the same thing.

"Oki also went through this before. I witnessed her crying. But when it came to her last partner, dad immediately said yes. Sorry, Oki, for revealing this," said Ricis.

However, the interview recording of Deddy with Ricis has now disappeared from the presenter's account. Ricis asked Deddy to take down the video because her father became the target of online bullying.

Because Ricis' father became a victim of bullying, Deddy decided to delete the video. However, he advised Ricis to be more careful in her speech next time.
