Richard Lee Fulfills Polda's Call Regarding Doctor's Report on 'Overclaim'

"I respect the results of the court and today, with a cooperative attitude, I come to fulfill my obligations as a good citizen," he said when met at the Metro Jaya Police in South Jakarta, Thursday (19/2/2026).

In response to serious allegations regarding his products being considered overclaims, Richard Lee firmly denied it. He ensured that all the products he marketed had passed strict procedures, had official distribution permits, and were registered with the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM). Richard guaranteed the safety of his products and rejected the notion that he misled consumers.

"I am ready to provide the clearest and most honest explanation about the products I sell. All the products I sell are legal and BPOM approved and produced in accordance with applicable regulations," Richard Lee explained confidently.

He added that during his time in the beauty industry, integrity is non-negotiable for him. Richard claims he has never sold illegal or dangerous products that could harm the public, refuting the negative narrative built from the lab results of the complainant."I have never sold unlicensed products that could harm the public," he added in his defense.

Richard Lee does not deny his concern about this situation. He feels sad because this feud involves two parties who both have a medical background and are in the skincare business, but it has ended with mutual complaints and lawsuits against each other.

"Personally, what makes me sad is that this conflict involves two doctors, two colleagues, two people whose profession is to sell skincare, which ends with mutual complaints and both becoming suspects," Richard expressed with a disappointed expression.

Before concluding his statement and entering the examination room, Richard Lee requested moral support from the public so that this case could soon find a fair resolution. He promised to remain transparent in providing information to the police.
