Rien Wartia Trigina Officially Reports Former Domestic Worker Related to Data Violation

Rien Wartia Trigina, also known as Erin, visited the South Jakarta Metro Police to report her former domestic assistant with the initials H. This report was officially made on Friday, May 8, 2026, accompanied by her legal team, Sunan Kalijaga and Ery Kertanegara.

This report was triggered by actions of H who allegedly disseminated Erin's family's personal information on social media without permission. This is considered a violation of the privacy and comfort of the family of the former wife of Andre Taulany.

"The purpose and intent of us as the legal team for Ms. Erin today visiting the South Jakarta Metro Police is to report someone whom we suspect has greatly exceeded the limits of decency. Engaging in or disseminating private matters, personal data, and personal environment," said Sunan Kalijaga when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Friday

The police have received the report with the suspicion of violating the Personal Data Protection Law. The objects disseminated include photos of the house, vehicles, and even Erin's children.

"Today we have filed a police report against the reported individual with the initial H. Where this action and incident have led to the dissemination of personal data protection," said Sunan Kalijaga.

"In this case, the South Jakarta Metro Police have received our police report regarding the alleged criminal act concerning the Personal Data Law as referred to in Article 65 paragraph 2 juncto Article 67 paragraph 2," he continued.

Sunan Kalijaga added that the evidence from social media posts has been submitted to investigators. The posts included photos that should not be for public consumption as they concern the safety of his client.

"The evidence we have submitted earlier is proof that the social media account we suspect belongs to the person we reported is displaying, posting photos of the residence owned by our client, vehicles that also belong to our client, and also the children of our client," emphasized Sunan.

Erin herself admitted to being very disturbed by the actions of her former employee. She only learned about this in detail after the incident went viral on social media.

"She has been living in that house for 3 weeks, about 3 weeks indeed. So she often asks for photos which disturbs our privacy," concluded Erin.
