Rina Gunawan Passed Away, Funeral Process Follows Strict Health Protocols

Kapanlagi.com - Actress Rina Gunawan was buried at Tanah Kusir Cemetery, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (3/3/2021). The funeral process followed strict health protocols. In fact, there were not many family members and relatives who accompanied Rina Gunawan to her final resting place.

Rina's body arrived from RSPP Simprug South Jakarta at around 08:35 AM accompanied by several medical personnel wearing complete PPE.

It was seen that Rina Gunawan's husband, Teddy Syach, cried when the body arrived at the cemetery.

1. Buried Using a Coffin

Rina's body was also buried using a tightly wrapped plastic-covered coffin. Only the burial personnel were present near Rina Gunawan's grave.

Teddy was also seen wearing complete PPE to participate in burying his wife. Before being buried, Teddy also performed adzan for Rina Gunawan.

Rina Gunawan's family and relatives could only watch the deceased being buried from a distance. The funeral procession was accompanied by the recitation of prayers by a religious leader.

2. Teddy Syach's Tears Break

After being buried, Teddy Syach's tears broke when he delivered a few words after the funeral of his wife, Rina Gunawan. He admitted that he has accepted the departure of Rina Gunawan.

"I accept it, I have accepted it," said Teddy Syach while crying at TPU Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (3/3/2021).
